Mirror of Nothing by MizuuHime Mirror of Nothing by MizuuHime
This is my artwork that is done pure digitally after long time not really touching digital art.

I really having fun in the process, to make it more interesting on my comeback, I used some tutorials as well. And it is really good experience, to learn new way to do things, especially when I am in the mood to learn new things.

The concept is an angel that guard a mirror, that is showing nothing. Or you can say that I am too lazy to draw reflection in it. lol. That kinda good for the stories.... Right? ^^; But I am not that imaginative right now....

Anyway, I think I need more improvement on digital art....

The WIP:

Time: Few weeks
Tools:
Traditional: Pencil, Eraser, Office Paper, Camera Photo
Digital: Pen Tablet, Mouse, Paint Tool Sai, Adobe Photoshop

Description? You mean
This is my artwork that is done pure digitally after long time not really touching digital art.

I really having fun in the process, to make it more interesting on my comeback, I used some tutorials as well. ....
etc?

It should be in when you are on the process to submit any new art ^^ Just put it in description box.
Of course.... If that is really what you mean about description. If not, just tell me the examples ^^

Oh, no, I'm sorry >< I got you confused!
I mean....eto...like

How do you put a picture in the descriptions?
Like the one shown in your descriptions for this picture?
Do you use the : icon ___ plz : thing?
Its like linking a different picture in the descriptions, but not with a word link, but a picture link
eto...did I explain clearly enough? Dx
I really don't know how to ask questions--FFF
Like, so, I don't know how to do that ><
the description is the heading/type/paragraph you write under the picture
ex:
When you submit art, you usually have to do three main things:
box one: title
box two: upload the picture
box three: write the description (info about the picture and etc)
Like in your box three, the descriptions, you have a picture in the descriptions, like um, how do you do that?
There's a picture link to a different picture, whenever I try putting a picture link in my descriptions, it never shows properly.
Could you please tell me how to do that?

You mean the one which lead to my WIPs? It is called thumb, and can be used either in journal (usually for feature), deviation, or forums, and note, but cannot be used in comment like this.
To have that, simply go to deviation page, look at the right section of the page, under the groups, there will be a details, which have link that usually contains fav.me and below them is thumb. Copy the thumb code to the one that you need.
Like for this picture of mine, the thumb code is :thumb331110580:
If you need more assistance on finding what I mean about thumb, simply open my artwork, and ctrl+f in your browser, place the thumb code :thumb331110580: and you will spot it instantly.

There is FAQ too for this:
FAQ #511: How do I post thumbnails of my art on the Chat Network or Forums?
Tho it says for chat network and forums, all the thumbs code can be used in a place that I already told you before.

///waste of effort but thanks so much for teaching me *^*

If I am not making mistakes, normal people without premium can put thumb too in their journals. Not sure about other place, but I've seen so many people without premium put thumb in journal and it did show up as image.

Absolutely beautiful.
One thing I sorta wanna say, I know what you were going for, but her front leg, it looks like the leg is ripply more than what she is wearing hanging over her leg. That could partly be due to no shadows in that particular area so it just blends in a bit too much? not entirely sure :)
But yea, it really does look very pretty though

Hahaha, I don't know. Maybe that's just because I need to learn more about proportion? ^^;

But thanks, glad you liked it ^^ Thanks for the suggestion and feedback too ^^

Don't think it was proportions so much as the shadowing. Without shadows, everything can start to look flat, which is what I think is happening when I look at it. The leg and cloth both look like they are coming together flat, which causes the leg to look weird with the cloth's ripples ._.
That's about the best I can do to explain what I'm seeing at least :D

Uhm, I am used to draw hands ^^; I started to draw hands few years ago, so you can say that I can draw hands without thinking too much, except if I need to draw something difficult.
If you have any problem with drawing hands, you can take a look at different tutorial. Making armature with knowing the basic structure will also help. If you cannot draw that well, you can take a look at references, or take a shoot of your own hands posing something.

Ehh, thanks ^////^

Hahaha, of course it is. There won't be any point on practicing if you can do everything right just in 1-2 practice ^^
If you have enough patience of practicing, I believe that you will be better and better soon^^
