Happy (Late) Halloween!
I actually want to finish and submit this before Halloween, but I got caught with *cough* with watching "Accel World" until the end XD And other things too in my mind as well.
So, this plan about making animations of with flying witch to celebrate halloween already in my mind few months. Then, one week before the event, I get to work this, and finished today. I kinda in rush, so I don't feel too satisfied with the output, but, well, yeah, this one have more complicated animation than before, that made me learn more about animating. I guess.
Time: 1 week
Tools: office paper, pencil, camera, tablet, mouse, Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop 7.0 for adjustment, and Adobe Flash for animating
